PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the impugned proceeding of the 4th respondent herein issued under proceedings Na.Ka.1/2011 B dated 09.05.2011 and quash the same as null and void and consequently directing the respondents herein to pass appropriate orders by giving all terminal benefits based on the post of Assistant Secretary with effect from 01.09.2009 till the date of superannuation dated 31.05.2012.
