O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 7.11.2017, 25.11.2017 and 7.12.2017 respectively and to release the retirement benefits to the writ petitioner.

2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the criminal case registered against the writ petitioner was ended with an order of acquittal. In spite of the fact that the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner has been exonerated from the criminal prosecution, the retirement benefits due to the writ petitioner are not settled.

3. In this regard, the writ petitioner submitted representations to the second respondent on 7.11.2017, 25.11.2017 and 7.12.2017 respectively and the said representations are yet to be considered by the second respondent.

4. Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 7.11.2017, 25.11.2017 and 7.12.2017 respectively and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is also directed to enclose the copies of the representations and the relevant documents, if any, along with the orders passed in the present writ petition.
