When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Contempt Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect stating that order dated 16.09.2021 in W.P.No.18534 of 2020 has been complied.

2. Recording the same, Contempt Petition is dismissed as with drawn along with the Sub Applications.
