: Respondent This application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to extend the time by 2 weeks for the defendant to lead evidence in the matter. This application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order:

Application seeking extension of time for examining the defendant side witness perused.

2.The defendant seeks extension of time, in view of the fact that the applicant is in the process of accumulating all the documents and information pertaining to the matter, since several documents pertaining to the defendant were displaced during the flood. 3.Taking note of this fact, the time for examining the defendant side witness is extended and refixed as below:- Commencement of examination of DW1 by 16.03.2020 and shall be completed by 20.03.2020.
