This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the concerned NDPS Court every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24078 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition in para no.6(a) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24078 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, once a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
