ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15566 of 2014 dated 20.06.2014. When the matter came up on 03.02.2015, it was adjourned to 05.02.2015. Subsequently, on 05.02.2015, the petitioner was directed to serve notice on the learned Public Prosecutor and the case was posted to 13.02.2015. On https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 13.02.2015, there was no instructions given to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) and hence, this Court

directed the Inspector of Police to be present on the next hearing date.

2. Today, the Inspector of Police is present and it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the complaint was enquired into and FIR has been registered in Cr.No.1197 of 2014 dated 20.12.2014.

3. In the light of the above, the contempt petition is closed.
