ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner to take action against the persons, who smoke in the public place.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that now the Act has came into force to curtail the smoking in the public place.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
