ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu herein, viz., Venkatesamoorthy, aged 25 years, has filed this petition seeking production of her husband.

2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 as also learned counsel for respondents 3 to 5.

3. The matter has been referred to Mediation Centre, but the efforts there at have failed since the husband of the petitioner has refused to join her.

4. Learned counsel for respondents 3 to 5 have informed that they have not illegally held the detenu.

5. Recording such submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. Since there is a matrimonial dispute, parties are at liberty to work out their remedies in accordance with law.
