The applicants have filed this application to bring them as legal heirs of deceased plaintiff in C.S. No.974 of 2016, as plaintiffs 2 to 6 and 5th defendant on record in the aforesaid suit.

2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and perused the affidavit in support of the application to bring the legal heirs of the deceased plaintiff in the suit.

3. There is no serious objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court is inclined to allow this application.
