This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to promote the petitioner on ad-hoc basis to the cadre of Deputy Commissioner as in the case of petitioner's juniors for the present pending regular promotions.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Tax) appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner was promoted to the post of Deputy Commissioner in the year 2013 by G.O.No.130, dated 18.10.2013.
