ORDER

Claiming to be a physically challenged person, the petitioner made a representation on 27.03.2017 seeking permission to run a bunk shop at BSNL Substation compound, Greams Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai.

As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the third respondent is directed to dispose of the representation dated 27.03.2017 made by the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
