The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 326 of BNS Act, 2023, and r/w 21(5) Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.408 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 29.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.2021 of 2026. Considering that there is no change in circumstances and I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
