JUDGMENT

Challenging the order made in MCOP.No.3604 of 2003 dated 24.11.2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal V Judge Small Causes Court, Chennai, the claimant has come up with the present Cross Objection.

2. However, the appeal in CMA.No.1920 of 2013 challenging the very same award filed by the insurance company was already allowed in part by this Court on 09.01.2025, by reducing the Disability compensation on merits.

3. In view of the aforesaid order dated 09.01.2025 passed in CMA.No.1920/2013, the present Cross objection cannot be entertained and the accordingly, this Cross Objection stands dismissed. No costs. 23.01.2025 skt NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No 2/4
