Cont.P.No.1542 of 2016 in the list on several occasions over the last few months and the petitioner has not been represented.
2. When the matter last came up on July 28, 2021 it was observed that in the event the petitioner was not represented when the matter appeared next, eight weeks later, the contempt proceedings could be dropped. Since there is no effective representation on the part of the petitioner, Contempt Petition No.1542 of 2016 is dropped. There will be no order as to costs.
