ORDER

The present petition has been filed to side the fair and decreetal order dated 30.09.2021 made in I.A.No.1 of 2020 in O.S.No.514 of 2010 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Kanchipuram.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents represented that the suit in O.S.No.514 of 2010 has been dismissed by the Trial Court, during the pendency of the present revision petition. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. 14-02-2025 msv
