A.No.1027 of 2024 in O.P.No.59 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to file additional document viz., original sale agreement entered on 03.04.2023 by the applicant, her sonSR.Shivakumar, aged 20 years, and minor daughter-SR.Sarumathi, aged 16 years represented by the applicant (mother) with C.Swaminathan for the sale of property mentioned in the schedule to the original petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. There is no respondent in this matter.

3. According to the petitioner original agreement was not filed at the time of filing of the original petition and hence, the same was not marked in evidence. Hence, this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is ordered.
