This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.15364 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24721 of 2024 by an order dated 05.11.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for EC Act Cases, Coimbatore, on the second working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24721 of 2024 dated 04.10.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.15364 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.24721 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 is relaxed.
