ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1831 of 2020 on the file of the learned Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that based on the petition filed by the defacto complainant in Crl.OP.No.591 of 2021, this Court has quashed the order taking cognizance by the Court below, by an order dated 22.02.2021 and gave liberty to the defacto complainant to file a protest petition before the Court below and workout their remedy.
