Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to grant approval in the name of Anna Nagar lay-out plan situated comprised Survey Nos.81/4 part 81/5 part 81/18 part 81/19 part and 81/20 situated in Vasudevanur Village Chinnasalem Taluk and Kallakurichi District based on the petitioners application dated 18.03.2021 and representation 24.11.20221 within the reasonable time may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

Mr.P.Rajavel, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 4th respondent has granted approval in the name of Anna Nagar lay out plan in Na.Ka.No.13/2021 dated 13.12.2021, as sought for by the petitioner. A copy of the aforesaid proceedings is placed on record.
