Respondents Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records comprised in communication in Lr.No.EE/O&M/DPM/TA/F.WFGNo:D.No./16-17 dated 22.09.2016 issued by the third respondent Lr.No.EE/O&M/UDT/TA/ F.WFGNO.603/D.No.701/16-17 dated 21.09.2016 issued by the fifth respondent and the consequent generation statement in respect of HT SC No.603 and allocation statement in respect of HT SC No.936 for the month of December 2016 issued by the second respondent and Current Consumption Bill issued by the 7th respondent for December, 2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to strictly comply with the order dated 31.03.2016 passed by the Hon'ble TNERC in M.P.No.34 of 2014 and permit the petitioner to procure its own ABT Compliant Meters as per the directions of the Hon'ble TNERC issued in M.P.No.34 of 2014.
