This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondent for the willful disobedience and not implementing the directions issued by the court in W.P.No.20434 of 2010, dated 17.01.2014 in the letter and spirit.

2010 dated 17.01.2014 has been complied with and District Revenue Officer, Chennai has passed an order dated 14.08.2015.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the Tahsildar, Maylapore Taluk to issue the patta within a shortest possible time. 4.Mrs.D.Nirmala, Tahsildar, Mylapore Taluk is present in Court and submits that consequential orders will be passed, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
