Crl.O.P.No.9665 of 2017 Dr.S.VIMALA, J., The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 6 (4) of the TNSC (RDGS Order 1982) read with Section 7 (i) (a) (ii) of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, in Crime No.75 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / accused would submit that the petitioner has been arrested by the respondent Police and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition, seeking anticipatory bail, is dismissed.
