This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to quash the proceedings in R.C.No.1337/A3/2012 dated 28.09.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent.

2. Today, 15.03.2012, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner was suspended on 28.09.2012, which is under challenge in the present writ petition. Subsequently, the petitioner was reinstated on 03.10.2012 and attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2020.

3. In view of the above submission made by learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

4. In the result, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 15.03.2024 cda Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order 2/4
