PRAYER:
This petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent police to issue ''Non Traceable Certificate'' with regard to one Parent Document Vide Document No.4204 of 2004 dated 24.05.2004, is registered in the office of the Sub Registrar, Sembium, Chennai District in pursuant to the complaint given to the 3rd respondent on 03.06.2025 and paper publication dated 26.05.2025 in the English Newspaper VIRTUAL TIMES dated 26.05.2025 and in the Tamil newspaper MALAIYUGAM dated 26.05.2025.

Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, GA (Crl.side) Order The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue a Non-Traceable Certificate, based on the petitioner's online complaint dated 03.06.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. The issue involved in this case, namely, the issuance of NonTraceable Certificate, has already been dealt with by this Court in
Crl.O.P.Nos.4067 of 2022 etc. batch, vide order dated 29.04.2022, after adverting to several judgments of this Court and also the circular dated 01.04.2022 issued by the Director General of Police in RC.No.2029209/Gen 1(1)/2022.
4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has given an online compliant on 03.06.2025 and the Director General of Police has also issued circular dated 01.04.2022 in RC.No.2029209/Gen 1(1)/2022 and as per the circular, if the petitioner has complied with all the requirements, the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.06.2025 will be disposed within a period of 4 weeks.
5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of. No costs.
