This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition in para 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32258 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025. Page No.1 of 4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32258 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 21.02.2025 dk To
