CR.NO.41 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for execute a bail bond before the learned Judicial Magistrate court at Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District, as per the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in the above Crl.OP.No.1515 of 2021 dated 03.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.J.PRADEEP, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 03.02.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.1515 of 2021.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall execute a bail bond before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District, and two weeks time granted to the petitioner to comply with the order passed by this Court, from the date on which the order copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
