ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in Paragraph No.5(c) in Crl.O.P.No.20747 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023, wherein the petitioner was directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Mr. P. Dhileepan, Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the said condition.

3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.5(c) in Crl.O.P.No.20747 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023 is relaxed, and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
