Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar, learned counsel reports that batta has been paid to respondent No.16 in C.M.P. No.3763 of 2021 and respondent No.17 in C.M.P.

No.3750 of 2021. The note put up by the Registry shows that notice sent, service not yet been effected.

2. Mr.Suresh Kumar adds that private notice sent to the aforesaid respondents has returned as "unclaimed".

3. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.V.G.Suresh Kumar, along with the name of Mr.R.Gunasekaran in the cause list and post the matters after three weeks.
