This Crl.M.P. has been filed to substitute the respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, CCB-II Police Station, Chennai District in the place of Inspector of Police, Mayiladuthurai Police Station, Nagapattinam District in this Criminal Original Petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the petition filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
