Petitioner seeks a direction to respondent to complete their arguments in the proceedings in S.C.No.8/2013 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruppur within a reasonable time.
2.Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).
3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the case in S.C.No.8 of 2013, is pending at the stage of arguments over a long period.
4.Hence, the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruppur, is directed to expeditiously dispose of the case, requiring either party not to protract the proceedings, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
