O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the undated impugned order of the second respondent received by petitioner on 27.12.2023 and quash the same and further direct that the respondents should not in anyway interfere with the possession of the petitioner till the disposal of the suit in O.S.No.270 of 2019 pending on the file of the Additional SubCourt, Vriddhachalam. 2.It is seen from the records that already a suit is pending in O.S.No.270 of 2019 before the Additional Sub-Court, Vriddhachalam. The respondents Police is directed not to interfere in this case and the parties will work out their remedy in the pending suit and proceed further in accordance with law.
