Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the impugned transfer order dated 4.4.2015 made in No.A2/5815-FAP/SWC/FMP-III/2015 of the first respondent, quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned. O R D E R

The order of transfer issued by the first respondent in proceedings dated 4.4.2015 is under challenge in this writ petition and the period had already been expired and the cause aroused for filing of the present writ petition became vanished. The learned counsel for the wit petitioner has also made an endorsement to the said effect. Thus, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
