ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to select and appoint the petitioner in the Post of Road Inspector Grade - II, in pursuant to the interview conducted on 30.01.2012, by the second respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the counter filed by the third respondent revealed that the petitioner, even at the time of attending interview, was over aged. That apart, now she is aged about 51 years.

4. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered and this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 01.09.2023 Internet : Yes Index : Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order mn
