Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in Government Letter No.4139/CinaAapi/2012-5, Backward Classes, Most Backward Classes and Denotified Communities Welfare Department, dated 01.08.2012 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner appointment by way of transfer as Junior Assistant according to the qualification possessed by the petitioner as per the orders issued by the Government.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent in Government Letter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.4139/CinaAapi/2012-5 dated 01.08.2012, quash the same and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner appointment by way of transfer as Junior Assistant according to the qualification possessed by the petitioner as per the orders issued by the Government.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has also given a letter dated 23.11.2020 to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the letter produced for withdrawal before this Court, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
