Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the transfer application submitted by the petitioner dated 04.01.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
