The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition alleging wilful disobedience of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.1916 of 2015 dated 29.01.2015.

T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J kal 2.It is seen that, pursuant to direction issued by this Court, the petitioner has been called upon by the Officer to produce certain documents, by a memo dated 18.08.2015. 3.Therefore, the petitioner should comply with the same and produce necessary documents to enable the respondent/contemnor to consider his case.

4.Hence, this Contempt Petition is closed, with a direction to the petitioner to comply with the request made by the respondent in his memo dated 18.08.2015.
