ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to dispose the appeal in patta proceeding in a time frame.

2.Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondents 1 and 2 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 02.06.2021 at 4.00 p.m at the office of the second respondent/DRO.

3.The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded.
