(CRIME NO. 350 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honorable court in Crl.OP.No.13822 of 2020 in Crl.MP.No.6975 of 2020 dated 20.11.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARAN AND UDAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S P.KARITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6975 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13822 of 2020, dated 20.11.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
