This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.11088 of 2015 dated 29.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Karunakaran, Inspector of Police, Mailam Police Station, Mailam, Villupuram District, is present before this Court.

4. On instruction, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondent police have registered a regular case in Crime No.499 of 2015 for offences under Sections 143, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the contempt petition is closed.
