Petition under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents foe their wilful disoebdience and defiance of the order of this Court dated 14.10.2022 in W.P. No. 629 of 2021.

O R D E R

Alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 14.10.2022 passed in W.P. No. 629 of 2021 by the respondents, the present contempt petition has been filed.

When the contempt petition is taken up, it is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the order of this Court dated 14.10.2022 passed in W.P. NO. 629 of 2021 has been complied with and proceedings in G.O.(2D) No. 81 Home (Police.1A) Department dated 15.03.2024 issued in this regard has been produced before this Court.The learned Government Advocate also undertakes that the pensionary benefits will be settled to the petitioner on or before 30.06.2023. 3.

Since the order of this Court has been complied with, the contempt petition stands closed recording the above undertaking given by the learned Government Advocate. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is open to him to

challenge the said proceedings.
