The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that since the award was passed in favour of the applicant, the respondent is supposed to disclose the details of the assets.

2. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent is aged about 85 years and hence, they are unable to collect the details of assets. Therefore, he seeks further time.
