ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for cancellation of DTCP approval No.56/2024 granted in respect of the layout known as 'Varzha Gardens'.
2. According to the petitioner, the aforesaid approval is granted on a land that is already part of the legally existing approved layout. According to the petitioner, in view of the same, it creates confusion facilitating fraudulent activities, and undermines the rights of legitimate plot owners of the petitioner association. The petitioner had given a representation for the aforesaid purpose to the third respondent on 06.01.2026. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026 seeking for the relief as mentioned in the earlier part of this order, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents already filed by the petitioner and also the additional documents yet to be filed by the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
