(Judgment of the Court was delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The writ appeal has been filed to challenge the interim order passed in W.M.P.No.17518 of 2021 in W.P.No.16551 of 2021.

Since the writ petition itself has been withdrawn and accordingly, it was dismissed as withdrawn by the order passed today, the interim order passed in the miscellaneous petition would not survive and accordingly, the writ appeal is rendered infructuous and is dismissed accordingly.
