2.Heard both sides and perused the papers.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, this Application is allowed. The learned counsel for the defendants is directed to complete the cross examination of the petitioner/PW1 within a period of two weeks.

4.Registry is directed to list the suit before the learned Additional Master - IV, for recording evidence on 04.03.2024.
