ORDER

The matter is posted under the caption for reporting compliance. 2.The learned Government Counsel has submitted the compliance of the order passed by the respondent through proceedings dated 05.10.2021. It is seen from the order that the probation has been declared effective from 06.08.2011. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent to declare the probation of the petitioner based on the earlier

evaluation that was made by the authorities and this evaluation was made in the year 2000. According to the learned counsel, the probation of the petitioner ought to have been declared atleast from the year 2008 onwards on par with his batch mates. However, the respondent has proceeded to declare the probation only with effect from 06.08.2011.

4.In the considered view of this Court, this issue cannot be gone into by this Court in the contempt petition and if the petitioner is not satisfied with the probation that was declared by the respondent, it is left open to the petitioner to independently workout his remedy in the manner known to law. Such liberty is granted to the petitioner.
