Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records of the Fifth Respondent with regard to Demand notice dated 07.12.2010 and quash the said
notice, and consequently direct the Fifth Respondent to recompute the water and sewerage tax payable in respect of the Petitioner property based on the property tax to be finally determined.

Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, Calling for the records of the Third Respondent contained in T.A.T. No. 64/2010 and quash the order dated 30.07.2010, and consequently direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to adjust the enhanced property tax collected with retrospect effect from 2/2001-2002.
