The writ petition was disposed of at the stage of admission by an order dated 12.03.2025, without issuing notice to the 2nd respondent. Therefore, a mention was made yesterday and accordingly, the matter was listed under the caption 'for being mentioned'. N.ANAND VENKATESH kp submitted that certain facts were not brought to the notice of this Court and that an opportunity must be given to the 2nd respondent to put forth their case. 2.In the considered view of this Court, the 2nd respondent has to be necessarily heard in this case since objections are being raised by relying upon some documents. Hence, the order dated 12.03.2025 is hereby recalled and the writ petiton is restored back to file. It is made clear that the 2nd respondent will not execute any documents till this writ petition is heard and final orders are passed. 3.Post this writ petition under the caption 'for orders' on 01.04.2025.
