2. The present transfer petition has been filed by the respondent/wife in O.P.No.253 of 2024, seeking transfer of OP from the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri to the file of Family Court, Mannargudi.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. It is the specific case of the petitioner that the petitioner's husband died in the year 2021 and the issue pertains only to the custody/visitation rights of the minor child.

5. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition. The petitioner assigned genuine and acceptable reasons for being unable to attend the hearings at Family Court, Krishnagiri.

6. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner has made out a case for transfer of the suit, as prayed for.

7. Accordingly, the Tr. C.M.P. No.193 of 2025 is allowed and O.P.No.253 of 2024 pending on the file of Family Court, Krishnagiri is 2/4

withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi.

8. The Family Court, Krishnagiri is directed to send the entire records relating to O.P.No.253 of 2024 to Family Court, Mannargudi forthwith.

9. The learned Family Court, Mannargudi is directed to take up the O.P.No.253 of 2024 and dispose of the same expeditiously, in a manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
