Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the 1st respondent to produce the detenue namely R.Anandhi Daughter of K.Ramasamy aged about 19 years or her body before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.) Petitioner, father of the detenue Anandhi, aged about 19 years, has filed the present petition to cause production of his daughter, who is said to be in the illegal custody of respondents 2 and 3, before this Court and to set her at liberty. Detenue Anandhi has been secured and produced before us by the 1st respondent police. Petitioner, father of detenue, is also before us.

Detenue informs of having left the parental home as her parents reprimanded her. She has stated that she is now desirous of returning to her parental home. The petitioner, her father, is also willing to take the detenue under his care. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
