This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 405 days in representing above captioned C.M.A as against the Award dated 31.08.2016 made in MACT.O.P.No.442 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Thiruvannamalai..

2.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the Legal Services Authority, Chennai. Hence, this application is ordered as prayed for with the above cost.

3.On payment of such costs, the Registry is directed to number the C.M.A., if it is otherwise in order and the list the same in due course.
